Local Elections Matter.
Local Leaders Make the Difference.
Elections aren't just about who’s in the White House. It’s about what’s happening right in your own backyard. Things like how the police interact with people in your neighborhood, whether the bus or train is clean and running on time, or if there are enough affordable places to live—that all comes down to local elections. The folks we vote in at the city, county, and state level make decisions that touch our daily lives. And honestly, with all the damage being done by the president and Republicans right now, these local leaders are some of our best protection. They can stand up, push back, and actually make things better. So don’t sit out . Every election matters, and your vote really does make a difference.
Join DACED (Dallas County East Democrats) for an important and timely conversation about the power of local leadership—especially when national politics are failing us.
